To deliver the functionalities I’ve talked about, there are various features you’ll see repeated across all of these platforms. Some of them may change the names for branding purposes, but you’ll see their descriptions deliver the same functionality.

  • Templates: These can be pre-designed to meet the needs of your most common types of contracts. They allow your team to simply fill in the blanks and get going in as little time as possible.
  • Custom or smart fields: You can add standard fields, customer fields, or smart fields to your contracts to ensure accurate details about clients and stakeholders. With smart fields, you have AI support to help fill in the details for you.
